These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Colors Travel & Tours Pvt Ltd services. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full or agreed deposit payment. Prices are subject to availability at time of booking. We accept cash, bank transfer and major payment methods. All prices are quoted in PKR unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation charges vary by service: Air tickets follow airline policies (usually non-refundable unless fully flexible fare purchased). Tour packages require 30 days notice for partial refund. Visa fees are non-refundable once submitted. Hajj/Umrah packages are subject to Ministry of Religious Affairs regulations.
Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), correct visas and all required travel documents. Colors Travel assists but cannot guarantee visa approvals as these are at the embassy's discretion.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Colors Travel is not liable for losses due to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage or unforeseen events. We can arrange suitable travel insurance.
Colors Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels and service providers. We are not liable for: service failures by third-party suppliers; natural disasters or force majeure events; personal injury, loss or damage during travel; visa rejections.
Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur fees. We will make every effort to accommodate requests. Major changes by service providers (airlines, hotels) will be communicated promptly with alternative options.
